1. The service
ExamIT Lab is an independent educational website operated by an individual based in Bulgaria. It provides practice questions, explanations, and learning-path guidance for IT certifications. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official exam provider for the certification vendors mentioned on the site.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for using accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and notifying us through the Need help? form if you suspect unauthorised use. You must not share paid access or use the service unlawfully.
3. Purchases and access
The price and access period shown before checkout apply to your purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase is a one-time payment rather than a subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access begins after successful payment confirmation and remains available for the stated period.
4. Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content or services made available immediately, that right may be affected only where applicable law permits and where the consumer has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the legal consequence before access begins.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If content is unavailable, materially defective, or not as described, contact us through the Need help? form so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include restored access or a refund where required.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
The site and its original content are provided for your personal learning. You may not scrape, copy, republish, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, automate access to, or use the question bank to create a competing dataset or service. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or misuse another person's account.
Certification names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant learning topics.
6. Educational disclaimer
ExamIT Lab does not guarantee that you will pass an examination or that all external exam objectives, prices, or policies will remain unchanged. Always verify current requirements with the official certification provider. Do not submit real exam questions, confidential employer information, or personal data in support messages.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service accurate and available but may maintain, update, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or decisions made solely in reliance on educational content. Mandatory rights and liabilities under Bulgarian and EU law are not excluded.
8. Governing law and contact
